Skill Competition Shows Ingenuity and Craftsmanship Focusing on core production links, the Skill Competition covered 10 key processes, carrying out all-dimensional competitions from assembly to inspection. The participating employees showed exquisite professional skills and rigorous work attitudes in the intense competition, fully demonstrating Oceanwell's professional style of pursuing excellence. After fierce competition, the competition produced 10 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 40 encouragement prizes. Knowledge Competition Unites Forces for Quality The Quality Knowledge Competition attracted 9 teams to compete on the same stage. The contestants competed fiercely around professional knowledge such as quality management systems, product standards and process requirements. In the end, the General Manager's Office won the championship with an excellent score of 96 points, and the Quality Center and the Engineering Technology Center ranked second and third respectively.
